We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days to the United States and 7 to 18 to Europe. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
If you order at least three weeks before the 31st, you are comfortably inside our usual delivery window. Closer than that and we cannot promise it — customs and carriers are out of our hands, and we would rather tell you straight than sell you a date we cannot keep.

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is on you. If it turns up damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return postage included — that one is on us.
