Will it arrive before Halloween?

Be realistic with the calendar. We prepare an order in 1 to 3 business days and delivery to the United States takes a further 7 to 15 business days. Order by 13 October to have a comfortable margin before the 31st. After that date it may still make it, but we cannot promise it, and we would rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you on the 30th.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order — the price you see is the price you pay.

How long does delivery take?

1 to 3 business days to prepare, then 7 to 15 business days to the United States, 7 to 18 to Europe and 10 to 25 to the rest of the world. These are estimates: customs and peak season can stretch them.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You get an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to start moving — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?

Items can ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for that.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped internationally can be subject to import duties set by the destination country. Those are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and problems

Can I return something?

You have 30 days from delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is on you.

It arrived damaged or faulty. Now what?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return postage included. That one is on us.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and check the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Products and payment

Do the LED items need batteries?

It depends on the piece. Each product page lists what is in the box and how it is powered, under “In the box”.

Why do latex masks smell?

Every latex product arrives with a rubbery smell. Air it out for a day or two and it fades. It is the material, not a defect.

What payment methods do you take?

Credit and debit cards and PayPal, through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Is there a discount?
