Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones suyvox.com uses and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, and help the site owner understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage, and we refer to all of them here as “cookies”.
Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary. Keep the site working: your session, your shopping cart, checkout and security. The site cannot function without them, so they do not require consent.
- Functional. Remember your preferences, such as your country or your cookie choice.
- Analytics. Tell us anonymously how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from, so we can improve the store.
- Marketing. Measure how our adverts perform and show you products you have looked at. These are only set if you accept them.
Some cookies are set by our providers rather than by us, including Shopify (store and checkout), our payment providers, Judge.me (product reviews) and our analytics and advertising partners.
Your choices
When you first visit the Site you are asked whether you accept non-essential cookies. You can change your answer at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — see the help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the store from working.
How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, generally no longer than 13 months, unless you delete them sooner.
Changes
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change. The version published on this page is the one in force.
