These Terms of Service govern your use of suyvox.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before buying.

Using the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its normal operation. You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order.

Products, prices and availability

We do our best to describe our products and show them accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colours and details appear identically on every screen. Products are offered subject to availability. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place your order.

We may correct obvious errors in price or description, and we may refuse or cancel any order where a product was listed at an incorrect price, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation that your order has been shipped. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, designs and layout — belongs to Suyvox or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Warranties and liability

Products are supplied with the legal guarantees that apply to consumers in your country, which these terms do not limit. Beyond those, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and we make no additional warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
