Processing time
Orders are checked and prepared within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Our products ship from our suppliers’ warehouses, so delivery takes longer than a local order. Estimated delivery once the order has been dispatched:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days.
- Europe: 7 to 18 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather, carrier delays and peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas can extend them. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay: no delivery charges are added at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to start showing movement — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund them.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; the cost of reshipping is at your expense. If you spot a mistake, write to support@suyvox.com as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@suyvox.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
